Coaching is a passion of mine and has been over the last 20 years through sports, personal training, and nutritional guidance. I am certified through American Counsel on Exercise. I grew up in southern California always playing a sport like baseball or catching a wave, riding bikes, and climbing rocks...staying active and learning a great lifestyle to stay healthy. I am a type 1 diabetic with a lot of knowledge in nutrition and kcal counting as well as meal prep and guidance.
I have an extensive background in Sports Performance, Strength and Conditioning, Speed and Agility, Pre/Post surgery rehab, Mental Preparedness, as well as Fundamental Personal Training. Athletes of all ages have to learn to communicate how they learn, when they hurt, and always have to continue to adapt quickly to be able to grow and progress in their sport at a high level. Coaching them to reach their goals in the safest and most productively efficient way is my mission.
